This beautifully made TANGRAM puzzle consists of 7 different shaped pieces of wood that, if placed in the proper position, will form a perfect square. Sounds easy, huh? There are many different ways to fit them into the beautiful wooden container case and/or create interesting 3-Dimensional combinations outside the case. Seven simple pieces, an unlimited number of designs. It's no wonder the ancient Chinese tangram has captured the imagination of children (and adults!) for centuries! Shape and pattern recognition skills are developed and creativity inspired by this exceptionally well-made version.
It's easy to get the pieces out of the case. Heck, just dump 'em! Now -- can you get them all back in? What kind of 3D geometric patterns can you come up with? Talk about "thinking outside the box!" A fun and educational wooden toy!
