Commemorating a successful 1984 Indian military offensive against Pakistan this magnificent chess set instills pride on all who see it. The Bud Rosewood men, crafted in India by one of the worlds finest makers of chess pieces, are triple weighted on leather pads with a 4 inch King on a 1 and 3/4 inch base. The board, of inlaid Rosewood and Maple veneer has 2.2 inch squares and measures 21 inches by 21 inches by 1 inch thick.
